Please make sure the dog you intend to take home is the dog that you want. These dogs are very special to us and they are a lifelong commitment.

Your puppy will need veterinary care at periodic intervals to include regular check-ups, worming. Heart worm, heartworm, and the continuation of the vaccination series already started.

Your dog will need to have daily rations of quality food and fresh water such that it is well nourished and resistant to sickness.

Your dog will need to be housed in a suitable shelter typical for its breed and protected against extreme weather conditions.

What your dog is guaranteed against:

Your dog is guaranteed healthy and free of parvo and distemper at the time you take possession and for a period of seven (7) days from the time of purchase.

This guarantee does not include injury as a result of an accident involving the puppy.

This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser of the puppy. The seller is not responsible for any shipping, veterinary, or other expenses incurred.

The seller is not responsible for problems resulting from obesity, secondhand smoke, malnutrition, dehydration, starvation, or lack of proper veterinary care, including lack of regular vaccinations. We do not guarantee your dog to be a show dog, the perfect breeder, and the exact size you want, or to have the perfect temperament.

It is understood that all vet bills will be the buyers responsibility from the time of purchase and pickup, forward. It is also the buyers responsibility to make sure the dog has any and all vaccinations in the future.

Seller will not assume any responsibility for any vet bills and other expense after the puppy leaves the sellers hands. The buyer releases seller from any and all liabilities and damages after the dog leaves the sellers hands.

There will be NO CASH REFUNDS. This dog is sold AS IS. If the dog dies from hereditary defects or disorders during the first seven (7) days, the buyer must provide proof of the cause of death from two (2) qualified veterinarians at the buyers expense.

This contract will be deemed a legal binding agreement between the seller and the buyer and is under the jurisdiction of the state of Ohio, in the county of Lorain. The buyer and seller hereby certify that we have read this contract and understand its complete contents and agree to it fully.

The above stated puppy will have age appropriate vaccinations and worming prior to pickup at the age of eight (8) weeks .

Buyer will pay $750 with Zelle and remaining payment of $750 prior to pick up if puppy January 19,2025.
