CONTRACT FOR SALE Of FOAL:

Buyer agrees to Purchase mare referenced below. Seller will furnish a current coggins and health certificate.

Seller agrees to keep the mare for no more than 90 days from May 10, 2024 If not picked up by agreed referenced date board charges will be $15.00 per day. All board charges must be paid for release of horse.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and hauling charges or can pickup at Sellers address 28696 Gore Orphanage Rd

Buyer will pay deposit of $1000 on or before May 12,2024  , and will pay remainder of balance by July 20, 2024, If horse is not picked up and paid in full by the referenced date of pick up for mare and no arrangements are made, Deposit and horse will belong to seller to do as they see fit with no refunds.

All payments must be made cash or bank wire, Or Zelle. Checks will be accepted if ample time is given to clear bank prior to shipping mare. Seller will take care of said mare to best of ability. Seller retains the right to determine proper vet care, in the event there is an illness or, accident Seller is not responsible for

accidents or illnesses of any kind after date stated for pickup or from time of pick up if mare leaves sooner. Seller will no longer be responsible for mare and buyer assumes all responsibility. Buyer is encouraged to purchase insurance on said mare.

This contract shall be governed by the State of Ohio and in the county of Lorain. Signed
