CONTRACT FOR SALE Of FOAL:

Sire Herrlich Vulkan XIX purebred Noriker 

Dam Ulrichs Candy Kiss Purebred Colorado Ranger Horse

Foal is a filly born April 15, 2026 and is registered American Noriker Horse in crossbred registry

 # NOR 202604008

Buyer agrees to Purchase foal referenced below. Seller will furnish a current Coggins and health certificate.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and hauling charges or can pickup at Sellers address :

All payments must be made cash or bank wire, Or Zelle. 

The following payment  schedule has been agreed between buyer and seller

10/14/2026 Deposit $500

November 1, 2026 $500

December 1,2026 $500

January 1, 2027 $2500

February 1, 2027 $2500

For a total of $6500

In the event buyer has not completed all payments by February 1, 2027 a late fee of $25 per day will be added and after 10 days (February 11. 2027) full ownership and funds paid will belong to seller. 

Buyer is encouraged to purchase insurance on said foal.

Seller will take care of foal to best ability and retains all rights to decide appropriate medical treatment if any should become needed,  as well as right to decide on euthanasia if it becomes a necessity. 

After buyer or buyers agent picks up the foal,  seller will not be liable or responsible in any way for liability. 

This contract shall be governed by the State of Ohio and in the county of Lorain Signed
