This contract is for sale of Pedros Dragon Star a 6/1/2023 Friesian/morgan stal For the sale amount of $3500 to be bank or zelled  wired no later than January 17,2025.

Buyer agrees to Purchase horse referenced above.

Seller will furnish a current coggins and health certificate.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and hauling charges or can pickup at Sellers address :

All payments must be made cash or bank wire, Or Zelle.

Seller is not responsible for

accidents or illnesses of any kind after purchase.

Buyer is encouraged to purchase insurance on said horse.

Seller agrees to board colt until January 20, 2025for no charge. After said date board charges will be $15 per day. 

This contract shall be governed by the State of Ohio and in the county of Lorain
