Buyer agrees to Purchase foal referenced   for the sum of:

$15,000USD

Seller will furnish a current coggins and health certificate.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and hauling charges or can pickup at Sellers address :

Buyer will pay $15,000 bank wire in or before 2/6/2025 Payments can also be made via Zelle with Linda Yoder laranch59@yahoo.com  phone 870-250-1276  or buyer can pay cash when colt is picked up from seller,  If horse is not picked up and paid in full by the referenced date of  2/20/2025  board will accrue at $15 per day. 

All payments must be made cash or bank wire, Or Zelle.  Seller will take care of said foal to best of ability. Seller retains the right to determine proper vet care, in the event there is an illness, accident or injury. . Seller is not responsible for accidents or illnesses of any kind after date stated for pickup or from time of pick up if horse leaves sooner. Seller will no longer be responsible for horse and buyer assumes all responsibility. Buyer is encouraged to purchase insurance on said colt.
