CONTRACT FOR SALE Of FOAL:

Buyer agrees to Nerdy Nick 2008 Belgian/quarter horse gelding referenced below. Seller will furnish a current coggins and health certificate. 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and hauling charges or can pickup at Sellers address :

New London, Ohio 44851

Buyer will pay $4500 on or before January 20, 2025.

All payments must be made cash or bank wire, Or Zelle.  Seller will take care of said horse to best of ability. Seller retains the right to determine proper vet care, in the event there is an illness, accident or injury. Buyer is encouraged to insure said horse as soon as deposit is made. Seller is not responsible for accidents or illnesses of any kind after date stated for pickup or from time of pick up of horse if it  leaves sooner. Seller will no longer be responsible for horse and buyer assumes all responsibility. 

This contract shall be governed by the State of Ohio and in the county of Lorain Signed
