CONTRACT FOR SALE Of FOAL:

Buyer agrees to Falabella Pony stallion referenced below. Seller will furnish a current coggins and health certificate. 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and hauling charges or can pickup at Sellers address :

Buyer will pay deposit of $1500 on or before  December 6,2024 with remainder $3500 paid before pickup of no later than, December 18, 2024 If horse is not picked up and paid in full by the referenced date of pick up, and no arrangements are made, Deposit and horse will belong to seller to do as they see fit with no refunds.

All payments must be made cash or bank wire, Or Zelle.  Seller will take care of said horse to best of ability. Seller retains the right to determine proper vet care, in the event there is an illness, accident or injury. Buyer is encouraged to insure said horse as soon as deposit is made. Seller is not responsible for accidents or illnesses of any kind after date stated for pickup or from time of pick up of horse if it  leaves sooner. Seller will no longer be responsible for horse and buyer assumes all responsibility. 

This contract shall be governed by the State of Ohio and in the county of Lorain Signed
