CONTRACT FOR SALE Of Gypsy/ 

Suffolk gelding, Rockinit Herby

Buyer agrees to Purchase gelding referenced below. For the sum of $11,500 USD, Seller will furnish a current coggins and health certificate. 

Seller will continue to board said gelding until PPE is done and transport pickup on or before 5/12/2026

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and hauling charges or can pickup at Sellers training barn address 280 County Road 620 west Salem OH

All payments must be made cash or bank wire, Or Zelle. 

Agreed price $11,500A deposit of $2000  check 393 from Agnes Serenko buyer, has been given as a deposit only to be refundable if horse fails PPE. All others reasons it will be non refundable. Remaining  Remaining balance $9500 to be paid cash or bank wire before horse leaves barn. 

Buyer is encouraged to purchase insurance on said horse. 

This contract shall be governed by the State of Ohio and in the county of Lorain. Signed
