Updated CONTRACT FOR SALE Of 2023 Filly FOAL by Pippi and Galaxy

This contract is for 2023 filly foal born February 28, 2023.

Buyer agrees to Purchase foal referenced below. Seller will furnish a current coggins and health certificate when foal is weaned and ready.

Seller agrees to keep the foal Until weaned on dates referenced below. If not picked up agreed referenced date board charges will be $15.00 per day. All board charges must be paid for release of horse.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and hauling charges or can pickup at Sellers address 17091 109th Rd Mc Alpin, Florida 32062

Buyer will pay $500 contract booking deposit on or before Date referenced , and will pay $1500 deposit by March 10, 2023 . The remainder of balance of $8000 to be paid by July 5, 2023, weaning date. If horse is not picked up and paid in full by the referenced date of pick up for foal and no arrangements are made, Deposit and horse will belong to seller to do as they see fit with no refunds. After July 5, 2023 board charges will be $15 per day. All board charges must be paid in full before foal leaves.

All payments must be made cash or bank wire, Or Zelle. Checks will be accepted if ample time is given to clear bank prior to shipping foal. Seller will take care of said foal to best of ability. Seller retains the right to determine proper vet care, in the event there is an illness, accident or injury. Buyer is guaranteed a live healthy foal through Date stated available for pick up. A In the case of death, accident or severe injury, prior to Date stated for pickup buyer will be refunded monies paid. Seller is not responsible for

accidents or illnesses of any kind after date stated for pickup or from time of pick up if foal leaves sooner. Seller will no longer be responsible for foal and buyer assumes all responsibility. Buyer is encouraged to purchase insurance on said colt.

This contract shall be governed by the State of Florida and in the county of Suwannee. Signed
