Buyer agrees to Purchase Belgian/Halflinger gelding, Seller will furnish a current Coggins, health certificate and registration papers with signed transfer.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping and hauling charges or can pickup at Sellers address 28696 Gore Orphanage Rd New London, Ohio 44851
All payments must be made cash or bank wire, . Seller is not responsible for accidents or illnesses of any kind after purchase .
Buyer will pay $6500 with bank wire
Seller will care for animal to best of ability but highly advises buyer to obtain insurance on said horse. In the event of sickness or injury the seller retains right to choose care and veterinary options. The buyer will be responsible for all veterinarian bills and remaining payments.
All payments and feed charges must be paid in full prior to pick up of animal.
No other guarantees are spoken or implied.
This contract shall be governed by the State of Ohio and in the county of Lorain. Signed

Chip is a 15.3 big wide Halflinger/Belgian cross gelding. He’s great on trails, quiet and gentle. He crosses water, logs and big rocks. He has no bad habits or vices, no buck. Just a good calm ride. He is more whoa than go. He will walk and trot willingly and will canter with a little encouragement but he’s happy to mosy where ever you point him. He loads and hauls good, gets along with others. He easy to do his feet, and he has worked cattle. Throwing a rope and popping a whip don’t bother him neither does flags drums and banging and clanging. He has co never been driven. He is sound and sane and ready for his home.
