CONTRACT FOR SALE Of FOAL:

Buyer agrees to Purchase foal  Janoschs Chester McFreckles of LAR Seller will furnish a current Coggins, health certificate and registration papers with signed transfer. 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and hauling charges or can pickup at Sellers address 28696 Gore Orphanage Rd New London, Ohio 44851

All payments must be made cash or bank wire, Or Zelle. Seller is not responsible for accidents or illnesses of any kind after pickup. Seller will no longer be responsible for foal and buyer assumes all responsibility. 

Buyer will pay Deposit of $2000 with payments due bi-weekly February 14-March 28th,2025.  Payments may be as buyer choose as long as the total of $10,000 dollars plus $100 per month feed and board charges, is paid by no later than March 29, 2025. In the case buyer can not complete sale. The $2000 deposit is nonrefundable. 

Seller will care for animal to best of ability but highly advises buyer to obtain insurance on said horse. In the event of sickness or injury the seller retains right to choose care and veterinary options as well as euthanasia in the event of serious disease, sickness or injury. The buyer will be responsible for all veterinarian bills and  remaining payments. 

All payments and feed charges must be paid in full prior to pick up of animal. 

No other guarantees are spoken or implied. 

This contract shall be governed by the State of Ohio and in the county of Lorain. Signed
