CONTRACT FOR SALE Of FOAL:

This contract is for

 2025  50%  Friesian 50% Percheron colt Kings Rubicon

Buyer agrees to Purchase foal referenced below. Seller will furnish a current coggins and health certificate.

The horse must be paid in full and All board charges must be paid for release of horse.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and hauling charges or can pickup at sellers at 28696 Gore Orphanage Rd New London Ohio 

Buyer will pay $4000 with  Zelle to LARanch59@yahoo.com Linda Yoder 870-250-1276  or bank wire.

Seller will take care of said foal to best of ability. Seller retains the right to determine proper vet care, in the event there is an illness, accident or injury. In the case of death, accident or severe injury, prior to Date stated for pickup buyer will not be refunded monies paid. Seller is not responsible for

accidents or illnesses of any kind after date stated for pickup or from time of pick up if foal leaves sooner. Seller will no longer be responsible for foal and buyer assumes all responsibility. Buyer is encouraged to purchase insurance on said colt.

This contract shall be governed by the State of Ohio  and in the county of Lorain. Signed
